An Evening of Fine Chocolate
Tuesday, February 2 | 7:00pm | Storytelling Wing

Utah chocolatier Eric Durtschi made a splash locally and nationally when he introduced his roasted, brewed cocoa drink, Crio Brü. Now he’s expanding with Durci, a line of fine artisan chocolate bars made with beans from Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic. Chocolate lovers won’t want to miss this instructive and scrumptious evening with one of Utah’s chocolate experts.
