Stephen “Pista” Nasser was thirteen years old when the Nazis took his family from their home in Hungary to the Auschwitz concentration camp. With the aid of a diary he kept during his time in the camp, Mr. Nasser recorded and published his memories and experiences in the book My Brother’s Voice: How a Young Hungarian Boy Survived the Holocaust—A True Story to keep alive the memory of Andris, his brother, and to act as a witness to the terrible events of the Holocaust.
