Orem Reads: Welcome to Night Vale – October 13 @ 7-8 pm
Join us for a mysterious night of games, costumes, and crafts inspired by the popular podcast Welcome to Night Vale.
Teen After Hours – October 15 @ 6:30-9 pm
Participate in a writing workshop with author Christian Heidicker.
Teen Library Council – November 8 @ 6:30-7:30 pm
Gain valuable volunteer experience while helping plan library programs.
Harry and the Potters – November 11 @ 9 pm
Harry and the Potters are the first wizard rock band. They play songs about books. Since 2002, they have played nearly 800 shows in libraries, rock clubs, art spaces, bookstores, basements, and pizza places all over the world. The band consists of brothers, Joe and Paul DeGeorge. They also helped co-found the Harry Potter Alliance, were profiled in the 2008 documentary We Are Wizards, and appear on a Trivial Pursuit card in Sweden. Join them for a special after hours concert at the library!
