Avocado Breakfast Wrap

bookThis delicious breakfast wrap is fast, easy, and healthy with a calorie total of 426. I did some substituting (1 egg & 2 whites and half of regular cheese). This was very filling and stayed with me all morning. It was very good. The recipe is found in Flat Belly Diet! Diabetes by Liz Vaccariello.

Avocado Breakfast Wrap


  • 2 whole wheat wraps
  • Scrambled egg whites
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tbps low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 14 cups mashed hass avocado


Warm 2 whole wheat wraps and fill evenly with scrambled egg whites (1/2 cup if using liquid substitute), fresh baby spinach leaves, cheese, 2 tbsp salsa, and 14 cups mashed hass avocado.
