Ottolenghi Simple: A Cookbook by Yotam Ottolenghi (641.512 Ot89)
As with all of Ottlenghi’s cookbooks, his latest book, Simple, is a feast for the eyes. Just flipping through the pages is enough to make me really hungry! To me, this cookbook is much more accessible than his earlier ones. While some of the ingredients might still be hard to find around here, most of them are readily available. The recipes are intentionally designed for ease of preparation: some are made from pantry staples, some take very little time, and some are made with five or fewer ingredients. And they still all look amazing! I am definitely looking forward to cooking from this book.
